This week we pour the first floor of living condominiums at Bahama Sands. The five levels of concrete and steel parking deck have been poured and the nine levels of luxury oceanfront residences will be built approximately one floor each ten days. Afterwards, the real work will start indoors as plumbers, electricians, drywall and all the other subcontractors begin their roles in building Bahama Sands Beach resort.
