Bahama Sands Beach Resort soared past 100 ft. tall as Landmark builders began pouring the 11th floor this week. Superintendent Mike White expects the new oceanfront condominiums to “top out” with the roof poured by April. This is a big day for the construction crew and they celebrate with an old fashioned BarBQue. If you’re at the beach that day, stop by and help us celebrate. After the “topping out,” work begins on the inside of Bahama Sands and will take many months before the new oceanfront condominiums are complete and delivered to their proud new owners.
