April 2008 Update

We have opened our model at Bahama Sands in good company. Hard Rock Park opened its $400 Million destination theme park in the same week. Visitors are awestruck by the size of Hard Rock Park and its enormous attractions headlined by “Led Zeppelin - The Ride”. You’ll be head over heels for this roller coaster – 6 inversions per trip, zooming 150 ft. in the air and returning at 65 mph. There are a total of 40 rides and attractions at Hard Rock Park (www.hardrockpark.com) so you’ll be exhausted by the time you get back to Bahama Sands.

In the last year, Myrtle Beach was a featured location of Extreme Home Makeover on ABC, the site of the SC 2008 presidential primary debates for both the Republican and Democratic parties covered by every major news network including, CNN, FOX NEWS, and MSNBC. We are also the setting of “Road Trip: Myrtle Beach” on the Golf Channel. With the addition of incredible attractions like Hard Rock Park and The Market Common, coupled with national media exposure from major cable and national networks, Myrtle Beach can expect an increase in visitors and national attention for many years to come.
